Handicap International has been working in Cambodia since 1982, originally only providing prosthesis to landmine survivors. But over the past twenty-five years the programme has developed dynamically, and whilst still providing quality services in the original field, has diversified activities to meet the evolving needs of over half a million people with disabilities, as well as taking an active role in preventing disabilities through mine action and road safety activities.
